Bringing Compassionate Strategy to San Francisco & Marin Real Estate.
It’s nice to meet you!
In a competitive and fast-moving market, Molli guides clients through transformative, high-stakes decisions with informed judgement and care. Her transparency, confidence, and kindness are well known among other agents, earning trust on both sides of the transaction and allowing her to focus on what matters most: Helping her clients make the best possible decisions.
Molli’s approach is informed by her varied background. Before deciding to become an agent, she built Small Blue Planet Events + Consulting, where she and her partner, Annie Greene, plan sustainable events, especially weddings. This is where she honed her skills for guiding people through meaningful, high-stakes moments: In both Event Planning and Real Estate, clients are navigating experiences that are both deeply personal and logistically complex. Expectations are high and every detail matters. Molli’s precision and compassion have been vital to her practice throughout her career.
Having raised her son in West Marin and later moving to San Francisco, Molli understands firsthand how a move can reflect a shift in lifestyle, priorities, and opportunity. She often works with buyers navigating those same transitions, drawing on her lived experience to help them make confident, well-aligned decisions. A steady and thoughtful presence, she builds enduring relationships grounded in trust and respect. Across Marin, San Francisco, and the East Bay, Molli acts as a bridge between places, priorities, and life stages.
Client Stories
Every move starts with a plan. Here's what happens when we get honest about what people actually need.
They Thought They Needed a House in San Francisco
A + G had been in their San Francisco condo for five years. They loved it and it worked — until it didn't.
The space felt tighter. Life felt busier. Grant wanted a garden. Ashleigh had a job change that made commutes matter more. So they started looking for a single-family home in SF.
Offer after offer. Strong positions. Still getting outbid.
That's usually the point where things get tense — not just financially, but mentally. Do we keep pushing? Are we being unrealistic? What are we actually trying to solve here?
Instead of just continuing to chase it, we stepped back. Not to give up — but to get clear.
We talked through what was actually driving the move: more usable space, a garden, schedules that worked, a school their daughters could thrive in. And we talked about what they were holding onto: staying in San Francisco, and a specific version of what the next chapter was supposed to look like.
Those two things didn't fully line up.
They expanded their search — not dramatically, but enough. They found a single-family home in Oakland. Small garden. Great school nearby. Commutes that worked for both of them.
“It wasn’t the move they started with. But it gave them something they didn’t have before: a daily life that actually fits.”
There's always a tradeoff. Sometimes the better answer is just outside the original plan.
She Thought She Was Ready for a Remodel
C bought a fixer in the Sunset. She's an interior designer. She had a clear vision, plans drawn, ideas ready. It made sense on paper.
Then life shifted.
Her parents got sick. Her daughter was in college in San Francisco. Her time and energy started going somewhere else entirely. The project didn't change — but her capacity for it did.
That's a hard place to be. Technically, nothing is wrong. But practically, it stops working.
She started looking at move-in ready homes. But every time something fit, it went over asking. She found herself stuck between two options: stay and take on a renovation she didn't have the bandwidth for, or sell and step into a market that felt unpredictable.
There was a point where she considered selling without any plan at all — just to get out from under it.
Instead, we slowed down. Not to delay things — but to make sure the next step actually made sense.
We focused on what she realistically had capacity for, what kind of home would feel supportive instead of overwhelming, and what would make daily life easier given everything else going on. We also sold her original property off-market, at a price she felt good about.
The path wasn't what she expected. But it aligned with where she actually was.
“Plans change. In real estate, that’s often where people get stuck — holding onto the original plan even when life has moved on. ”
Adjusting isn't a compromise. Sometimes it's just the right decision for the moment you're in.

She isn’t pushy and profoundly cares that you are happy in your new home. She guides us to make smart decisions and looks at short- and long-term potentials. We felt extraordinarily lucky to have worked with her. Lastly, her brokerage is equally stellar and provided the support for Molli and us to thrive.”

“Molli is SO fabulous. Working with Molli felt like working with your big sister who just really has your back! She has great energy and I honestly think we got this house because she was willing to really both advocate for us and help us put together a winning offer. It felt SO good to have Molli on our team.”
— Heather & Julian
“Molli is an exceptional realtor! We were doubtful that we would find a home that fit our specifications and budget but Molli found it. She helped us realize that it was possible but it was her tenacity and grace that ultimately helped us close the deal. Her ability to communicate and work with the seller’s realtor made all the difference in purchasing our home. Molli kept us well informed throughout the process and helped guide us and answer our questions. She also assuaged our fears and uncertainties and was always available to us. We owe a debt of gratitude to Molli and are very happy in our new home! We highly recommend Molli!”
— Jason + Jessica
“Molli is a dedicated, hard-working, loyal real estate broker. She worked with us for many months, providing solutions to the issues before us, answering our questions, and guiding us in our search for a property. She patiently took us through the buying process and succeeded in getting us a property that worked for us at a price we could afford to pay. Equally important, Molli brought her excellent contractor to help us assess properties we were considering. This was invaluable. She has been exceptionally generous in sharing her many contacts with us. The contractor who helped us understand the properties we viewed is now in the process of expeditiously updating the house we bought prior to the move-in date. Without Molli’s knowledge and contacts we would have been at a loss to proceed. I have been a real estate broker in Chicago for over thirty years and have worked with many other brokers. Molli is an excellent real estate agent and a pleasure to work with.”
— Jane
“No matter what was going on, Molli was ready to work hard for me. She always kept me as a priority, was willing to answer questions, and after a long search finally found a superb place that checked all the boxes. She is extremely personable; her skilled negotiating helped me stay in the deal and I couldn’t be happier! I’ve worked with several realtors over the years and she is by far the best one who I would not hesitate to use again. She treats you as a partner in your house hunt and I give her the highest recommendation.”
— Scott
“It was by fate that Molli became my realtor. Not only is she a very confident realtor, she is a kind and energetic person to work with. As a first-time home buyer in SF, Molli is knowledgeable and really helped me feel comfortable and secure in the process. She also worked hard to make sure “I got the house”. Thank you Molli! Looking forward to good times in SF.”
